Albert Lea Leadership’s focus recently was education. Southwest Middle School students Darik Weigel, Megan Pulley, Karli Kriewall and Chrissy Monson led the tours at SWMS. They showed participants the media center and north and south computer labs. They explained that all of the murals and banners lining the hallways were made by middle school students. They visited classrooms that were using amplification systems and smart boards. Participants expressed appreciation for the tours and enjoyed the pride the students showed in their school.
