Rita Pyzick Pula, 74, passed away Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008.
Rita was born on Sept. 23, 1934, in Freeborn County, to John and Julia Pyzick.
She graduated from St. Casimir’s School in Wells and Freeborn High School, class of 1952.
On Sept. 26, 1959, she married Walter Pula in Chicago, Ill.
She worked in Chicago as personal secretry to Mr. Lipinski, House of Representative 23rd Ward, Chicago, Ill.
She is survived by children: Denise Abbott, Woodstock, Ga., Ron, Chicago, Ill., Joy, Chicago, Ill.; four grandchildren; sister, Sylvia Pyzick Dziura of Albert Lea.
Preceding her in death are her parents John and Julia Pyzick; brother, Chester Pyzick of Wells; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service is Friday in Chicago.
