Robert Hoffman of Century 21 O’Byrne Realty Inc. recently attended real estate courses on forms and contract law titled “2009 Navigating the Forms Maze” in Bloomington.

Course instructor Jim Young said, “Consumers are drowning in a sea of information. What you don’t know, you don’t know! Use a professional.” The course covered the many changes real estate professionals will see in 2009.

Hoffman was also invited to and attended a pilot course put on for the first time by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency in Rochester. This new course covered emerging markets of buyers in southern Minnesota and discussed new grant and assistance programs available to buyers.
