Freeborn County 37th Annual Cancer Bike-A-Thon is scheduled for May 2 at 6 a.m. starting at the Sibley warming house. Riders can get pledge cards at Wells Fargo Bank, Hanson Tire, Martin’s Cycling & Fitness, Poole’s Bike Shop, all Freeborn County schools and KATE Radio. Riders can ride the full 100 miles or as much as they can, or get a team together and ride to Glenville. This is not a race. There will be food and beverages at each check point.

The next meeting for volunteers is Monday at 5 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center.
