Jeanette (Lenze) Hathaway, 65, of Burnsville, formerly of Albert Lea, died on March 6, 2009, after a bitter-fought battle with cancer surrounded by her children. The world lost a truly unique, larger-than-life woman.
She leaves behind her children: Susan Claseman, James Hathaway and Darla Hathaway; and a special friend, Butch Fischer.
Services and a luncheon will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Evergreen Community Church, 16165 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville.
