The Albert Lea Salvation Army’s Emergency Disaster Response Team led by Stan Scheib will depart for Fargo, N.D., Wednesday morning. The team consists of Scheib, Art Lopez and Gerald Shaffer.

This will be the fourth crew headed to the area and the second trip for Scheib and Lopez.

Their duties will include sand bagging, providing hot meals and providing spiritual guidance.
