The Albert Lea Farmers Market, along with the Freeborn County Farm Bureau, will hold a fundraiser event at the market from 4 to 6 p.m. today. A grilled hot dog meal with potato salad, baked beans, bar and beverage will be served for $5 per person. The Farm Bureau will give away 150 reusable shopping bags.

The strawberry festival, originally scheduled for today, will be held next Wednesday instead.
