Freeborn County Humane Society held its playhouse drawing at Raleigh’s Ace Hardware June 30.

Peggy and Dennis Raleigh drew the winning name, Elaine King of Albert Lea.

The Kings have just recently moved back to Albert Lea from Minneapolis. They have three granddaughters and one grandson, all of whom will love playing in the playhouse.

This was a very successful fundraising for the Humane Society. All the money raised will go toward the new shelter.

The Humane Society would like to thank everyone who participated. Also, Sam Hintz’s Alden/Conger shop class, Freeborn Lumber, Home Depot and Ace Hardware. Also, Wayne’s Starting and Towing for moving the playhouse to Albert Lea.
