Friday has been deemed Vitality Project Day at the Freeborn County Fair. People can visit the booth under the grandstand and take the Vitality Compass. They can learn their biological age and projected life expectancy. Representatives from United Health Group, the agency that has sponsored the Vitality Project, will be on hand to help people complete the compass and give more information on the project. People will have the opportunity to thank them for giving the Albert Lea community the chance to live longer and better. Anyone who completes the compass at the fair will receive a free pedometer from AARP, according to a news release.
