Bulldogs one win away from NIC volleyball title

The Lake Mills volleyball team delivered a convincing 3-0 win Tuesday against West Hancock at West Hancock.
The Bulldogs (19-3, 6-0 NIC) trounced the Eagles 25-6, 25-12, 25-10 to move within a win of clinching the North Iowa Conference title for the sixth consecutive year.
Amanda Lampman led Lake Mills with seven kills while Josie Brackey, Darcy Nelson and Lindy Pins all had five kills.
Morgan Fjelstad had 21 assists. Pins had seven digs and Brackey added six.
The Bulldogs can clinch the conference crown next Tuesday at home against Garner-Hayfield.
