Lucas J. Johnson, 16, Ellendale, was injured when the GMC pickup he was driving left State Highway 30 three miles east of New Richland and rolled over at 3:38 p.m. Thursday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The patrol’s report said Johnson was transported by the New Richland Ambulance to Owatonna Hospital and later transferred to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Johnson was discharged on Friday, according to a Mayo Clinic spokeswoman.

Assisting at the scene was the Waseca County Sheriff’s Office.
