Breathing is a normal, unconscious effort for most of us, but there are those who struggle every day to breathe easily. Join ALMC’s pulmonary rehabilitation team for an evening of discussing how we breathe, what diseases affect our breathing, what risk factors affect our lungs, and how we can keep our lungs as healthy as possible.
