A geothermal tax credit seminar sponsored by Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning and Geocomfort Geothermal Systems will be held at 7 p.m. today at Wedgewood Cove. The seminar will address the 30 percent federal tax credit available for approved geothermal systems as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Presenters will explain what qualifies for the credit, how to get the credit and what paperwork is involved. The tax credit is primarily available for homeowners.
