St. John’s benefit luncheon Sunday

The annual benefit luncheon, hosted by the St. John’s Lutheran Home Ladies Auxiliary, will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday in the St. John’s chapel, 901 Luther Place.
Scalloped potatoes and ham, salad, pickles, dinner roll and bars will be served. Cost is $6 per person.
There will also be a drawing for a quilt, bird feeder and door prizes.
Funds raised will benefit the St. John’s Lutheran Home resident gardening program.
St. John’s is grateful for donations made by Hy-Vee, Conger Meat Market, Nick’s Meats of Hayward, Pan’O’Gold, Sampson Dairy and Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen.
