The teachers’ contract negotiations scheduled for today between the Albert Lea Education Association and the Albert Lea school board have been postponed.

State mediator Josh Tilsen had to reschedule the negotiations because of a time conflict. The negotiations will be slated likely for sometime in late October, said Bill Villarreal, lead negotiator with the board.
