At the Lose it Big competition, the heat is on. There have been two weigh-ins and two competitions since the last update. The first physical competition was Oct. 21 with Pounds Off’s Reid Olson taking first place. The three competitions were holding plank position for the longest amount of time; step-ups and downs for the highest score in 30 seconds, 3) holding your legs in the leg-lift position for the longest period of time. Second place went to the Fat Burners’ Cheryl Whitehouse with third place going to Mrs. Gerry’s Deb Mallory.

The other competition held Nov. 4 consisted of step-ups for 30 seconds, the Scissor V for the longest length of time, and lastly, how many squat thrusts they were able to do in 30 seconds.

Even after creating a formula to even out the competition taking into consideration age and weight, our first place winner was Olson from Pounds Off, tying for second in this competition, Faye Madson and Vaughn Ravlin both from the Alamco team Catch Us If You Can.
