Hill, Larson, Walth & Benda announces the promotion of Andrew Bernau as partner with the firm.

Bernau is a CPA and has been with the firm since August 2004. He works in the areas of tax, bookkeeping, financial reporting and auditing. Bernau grew up on a farm near Emmons where his parents still live. He enjoys working with farm returns because of his farm background.

Bernau graduated from United South Central High School in 2000. He attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and graduated with a major in accounting and a minor in business management and business administration. He is married to Jan Bernau and they have a daughter, Alicia, 1 year old. They live on an acreage south of Albert Lea and still enjoy a little farming on the side.
