It took several years for the economy to get to the poor shape it is in now. It will take several years for it to get better again.

In the political discourse that is happening in America today, we grow weary of hearing chatter from pundits who assume the U.S. economy should have recovered in the past year or will recover within a few months or even a year from now.

Talk about high expectations!

Signs of the economy getting better are positive, but they should not be seen as the light at the end of the tunnel.

It’s more like we are only halfway through the tunnel. There is a long way to go. The pundits need patience.
