Lyle/Pacelli’s combination of Cody Meyer and Brady Stier proved tough to stop for the Alden-Conger boys’ basketball team Monday in Lyle in a 66-51 loss.

Meyer scored a game-high 26 points and Stier added 18 to power the Athletics (12-5) past the Knights.

Spencer Niebuhr led Alden-Conger (6-11) with 14 points and Tyler Adix added 12.

The Knights face Madelia Friday in Alden.
