Employees and customers at Taco Bell, 122 Bridge Ave., were evacuated from the business Wednesday, after a man reportedly called at 2:47 p.m. and said a bomb was going to go off at the store in five minutes.

Seven officers responded to the scene.

Police stated the connecting Nelson’s Shell gas station was also evacuated.

The businesses were checked, and no bomb was found.

They received no further calls about a suspected bomb.
