Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Rosa Cedillo Zapata, 55, for DWI at 1 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 46 and 830th Avenue, after receiving a report of a drunk driver from Mower County authorities.

Deputies also arrested Michael Kenneth Klapperick, 45, for second-degree DWI near the Interstate 35 Minnesota border at 1:35 a.m. Sunday after receiving a careless driving complaint.
