Alden-Conger boys’ golf places sixth at JWP Invite

The Alden-Conger boys’ golf team shot a 391 Friday to take sixth-place at the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton invitational in Janesville.
Waseca won the event with a 329. Blooming Prairie shot one stroke behind and Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton rounded out the top three with 342.
Senior Brandon McTague helped the Knights as he shot a 88. Jordan Mulso shot one stoke behind.
Eli Hallman carded a 99 for Alden-Conger, while Nathaniel Back finished with a 115.
The Knights travel to Glenville-Emmons on Tuesday.
