The Albert Lea softball team lost another extra-inning affair Tuesday against Rochester Century in Rochester as the Panthers went on to earn a doubleheader sweep.

Century pushed a run across in the bottom of the eighth inning for a 2-1 victory, its first of the season, and used that momentum in the second game for a 7-3 victory.

The Tigers (1-9-1, 0-6-1 Big Nine) outhit the Panthers 10-5 in the first game, but struck out nine times.
