Tribune is wrong about health care

Three points about the health care law: This was an editorial by the Tribune. It listed the positive things about the law, and there is a few but the last paragraph is what I want you to write down and remember!

“The true substance of the health care measure finally will come out when it affects you, the American people. That will be the true test of its success. “

As a senior citizen, this is how it will affect me!

First, I have the Medicare Advantage plan and I will be forced to go to a supplemental plan that will cost me a lot more.

Second, I will be helping to pay for the 16,500 IRS agents that will be hired to call everyone monthly to make sure everyone has health insurance.

Third, they are taking $500 billion out of the Medicare program, and I am just assuming that it might just affect my health care.

Please write down what you are now paying for health insurance or a supplement and put that on your bulletin board and check yearly to see if it is a sucess for you. Then vote accordingly!
