A free program, “Be a partner in your health care,” is scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at HealthReach, 1705 S.E. Broadway, Albert Lea. The program will be presented Dr. Dieter Heinz of ALMC’s family practice department.

“It is everyone’s responsibility to take care and be aware of their mental and physical health,” Heinz said. “We’ll discuss the importance of asking questions, being educated on any diseases or illnesses you may have, how to manage medications properly, and the importance of participating in your health care.”
