Advanced Component Technologies Inc. in Northwood, Iowa, celebrated hitting four bull’s-eyes for customer delight.

The company played Plinko with its associates on May 7. With their Plinko chips, all associates earned three $5 gift cards from local businesses.

These bull-eyes are: safety, quality, delivery and cost. Each of these elements has performance targets. The associates at ACT achieved all their goals. Jerry Derner, general manager, thanked the associates for their efforts in April, and anticipates continued success in May and the remainder of the year.
