Junior Jenna Klingson shot a career-low 49 to earn medalist honors for Glenville-Emmons, but it wasn’t enough as Grand Meadow/LeRoy-Ostrander defeated Glenville-Emmons 263-281 Friday at Northwood Country Club in Northwood, Iowa.

GMLO was led by Kaitlin Kling with a 53.

“Jenna had a fine score,” said Glenville-Emmons girls’ golf coach Craig Rayman.

Freshman Karrin Olson carded a 62 while fellow freshman Kendra Davis recorded a 77.

Kristin Hahn finished with a 93 for Glenville-Emmons.
