Grand Meadow/LeRoy-Ostrander’s Andrew Riedmann shot a 44 to earn medalist honors as GMLO defeated the Glenville-Emmons boys’ golf team 191-203 Friday at Northwood Country Club in Northwood, Iowa.

The Wolverines were without their two top golfers on Friday, which moved Andrew Lau and Blake Lundmark into the top spots.

Both responded as Lau shot a 46 and Lundmark shot a 52.

“Not having our top golfers there we did all right,” said Glenville-Emmons head golf coach Craig Rayman.

Cody Gaines shot a 52 as well and Derric Alm’morgan finished with a 53.

Glenville-Emmons is back in action on Monday, when it travels to New Richland.
