The Albert Lea Grizzlies struggled in its second game of the season in a

40-12 loss to Buffalo Ridge in Lake Benton.

Grizzlies head coach Steven Piper said they gave up too many big plays against the Doom and turnovers cost them.

“Their quarterback was hot today,” Piper said. “It’s tough when they have all the weapons.”
