North Iowa defeated the Northwood-Kensett baseball team 14-1 in five innings Tuesday in Northwood, Iowa.

Bison starter Anthony Kokakis held the Vikings (0-1) to three hits in five innings and struck out eight.

Kokakis had three hits at the plate and came up a triple shy of the cycle. Nic Hassebroek also hit a home run and had two hits.
