The road conditions this spring are terrible. The winter was brutal on the roads, making them filled with potholes and large dips. These rough conditions are hard on our vehicles.

I have noticed that some of the potholes have been filled. I think that the city should make sure they get these fixed as soon as possible, starting with the busiest streets. One possible way of fixing this would be to over staff for a short period of time so the repairs can be made as quickly as possible. This method would decrease the time they are working in the middle of traffic. Another option would be for the city staff to put in extra hours to take care of the roads. Both of these ideas would help the speed of the repairs.

It is fun to drive around Albert Lea as long as the roads are in good condition.
