The third annual Wells Area “Save Second Base” Breast Cancer Fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday at the VFW Club, 25 S. Broadway, Wells.

The fundraiser includes ATV, motorcycle and car runs for $15 per person. Registration for the runs is at 11:30 a.m., with the runs leaving at 12:30 p.m. Prize drawings are included at stops along the way, with a meal and DJ at the end.

A silent auction will also take place, with the last bid taken at 7:30 p.m. You must be present to win. Entertainment will be provided by Soundwaves DJ Brady O’Rourke from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit Naeve Health Care Foundation’s “Project Pink,” which is the foundation, Naeve Hospital Auxiliary and Albert Lea Medical Center’s fundraising campaign to purchase new state-of-the-art, full-field digital mammography equipment for the medical center.
