Mitchell M. Stevens, 23, no address listed, has been cited by the Freeborn County deputies for burning without a permit and burning illegal materials.

According to the sheriff’s office report, the citation for Stevens came as a result of deputies responding at 10:33 p.m. Sunday to a report of a fire spotted west of Gordonsville.
