The Albert Lea Police Department will be hosting a meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday for anyone that has a real estate closing or pending title work affected by the recent closure of Albert Lea Abstract. Representatives from the Minnesota Department of Commerce will be present. We will provide information for those needing access to any seized files and present a process to address some of the issues.

The meeting will be in the Freeborn Room of the Freeborn County Government Center.
