Facing a tough pitching opponent, Tyler Woodside struck out seven Owatonna batters and Dylan SeeRockers got the save in a 5-3 victory Wednesday in Owatonna.

Albert Lea committed zero errors and got eight hits in the game.

Dalton Westerland led the offense, going 2-for-4 with an RBI. Makael Lunning went 1-for-4 with a triple and an RBI and Will Wagner went 1-for-3 with two RBIs.

The Tiger play again Saturday against Rochester Lourdes at Hayek Field. Opening pitch is at 11 a.m.
