For several years Calvary Baptist Church has had a booth under the grandstand at the Freeborn County Fair. Represented at the booth is the AWANA ministry which is held at Calvary Baptist Church during the school season for children age 4 through 12th grade. Each year a couple from the church donates a new bicycle to be given away by this ministry to some child. Winner of the bicycle drawing is Emery Brouwers, daughter of Todd and Amy Brouwers.
