Roger and Vicki Hermes of Alexandria announce the engagement of their daughter, Robin, to Travis Lawrence, son of Larry and Karen Lawrence of Albert Lea.

Robin is a 1996 graduate of Detroit Lakes High School and graduated from St. Cloud University in 2000. She is employed at Wells Fargo in Eden Prairie.

Travis is a 1995 graduate of Albert Lea High School and graduated from Riverland Community College. He is employed at Bongards.

The couple will be married Sept. 18, 210, in Alexandria at the Holiday Inn.

A honeymoon trip is being planned to Mackinac Island.
