“The Music Man” play in July was a happiness pill for Albert Lea area.

I believe we owe a big thank you to the cast and crew for this glorious production. The acting, singing and dancing were outstanding — at least four stars! The set and costumes and orchestra added delight, too.

We sat there in the audience just hypmotized by the whole play, laughing and enjoying it. The characters were so believable and funny and the singing so lovely. It was evident that the cast was having as much fun as the audience. One boy in the play said afterward, “I never had so much fun in my enire life!”

I’d like to say in the words of Gomer Pyle, “Thank you, thank you, thank you” to “The Music Man” cast and crew. It was a happiness pill for our community. You all surely put a lot of tiem and work into this. We are blessed to have Albert Lea Community Theatre and Civic Music in our town.
