CLARKS GROVE — A report from the Steele County Sheriff’s Office said six juveniles threatened a female at her residence in Ellendale early Saturday in their vehicle being stopped in Clarks Grove a short time later.

According to the report from Steele County, one of the juveniles was possibly armed. The report added that their vehicle was going south on Interstate 35.

The vehicle was stopped on state Highway 251 near the Gopher Stop on the east side of Clarks Grove about 1:50 a.m. Saturday by Freeborn County deputies and a State Patrol officer. The pistol was recovered and several of the juveniles were charged with underage consumption, one with marijuana possession, and another juvenile with open bottle, the report added.
