On August 8-10, Aimee Struck, director of Just For Kix in Albert Lea, attended the Annual Just For Kix Directors Training Convention which was held in Brainard.

At the convention, the directors take several classes, learn current teaching techniques, motivation, curriculum changes, new technique combinations and more.

The directors also attend an annual awards banquet, where they are honored for their outstanding acheivements within their programs.
