Albert Lea police responded at 9:18 p.m. Monday to a report that a picnic table had been thrown into Fountain Lake by Katherine Island. As a result of this report, Nicholas Clyde Deleon, 20, no address listed, was cited for underage consumption and criminal damage to property. Michael Dean Fasig, 18, no address listed, was cited for underage consumption.
