Genealogical Society

The Freeborn County Genealogical Society will be meeting on Monday at 7 p.m. at the Freeborn County Historical Museum and Library. After a business meeting and treats then Carl Grandstrand and David Frame will be presenting some of their ideas about how they use DNA for doing research to find ancestors in your family tree. Anyone interested in this subject will be welcome.

Caregivers Network

Senior Resources’ Family Caregivers Network will hold a Support Group meeting on Thursday, Sept.16 at 3 p.m., at ThorneCrest Apartments Boardroom. This group meets on the third Thursday of each month. Caregivers, family members and friends of caregivers are welcome.
