Norman sat down with Tribune city editor Sarah Stultz to share what he could of his side of the story, despite protests from his attorney.

Norman was placed on official paid administrative leave earlier this month, following allegations that he misused the city credit card for personal charges. The city is currently reviewing options for finding an interim city manager.
