Rep. Brown opposes changes to schools

State Rep. Robin Brown is telling us what a good job she is doing as our representative.
The problem is, although she may be a nice woman, she is very ineffective in terms of creating policies that are most important for our district.
She and her caucus opposed necessary changes that would enable the children of Minnesota to obtain creative programs that would improve the education we are able to provide. Although President Obama, the governor and the Senate were all acting in favor of innovative and creative teaching programs, Rep. Robin Brown and her caucus killed these efforts with their special-interest votes.
It is time that Rep. Brown be replaced with someone who does not have the multitude of conflicts of interest she has as a licensed educator who opposes creative changes in the educational system.
Rich Murray understands the need for changes in our educational system. Rich would bring a fresh approach and direction to education.
