NORTHWOOD, Iowa — After defeating Riceville on Tuesday night, the Northwood-Kensett Vikings volleyball team looked for another win Thursday as they hosted the Central Springs Panthers.

The Panthers won the first two games 25-19, and won game three 25-16 to earn the sweep over the Vikings.

Britney Low led the Vikings with nine kills, while Tessa Bratrud finished with five kills.

Courtney Eilertson went 10-for-10 serving with four aces and led the Vikings with 12 digs.

Low and Bratrud both recorded 10 digs a piece for N-K.

Courtney Hengesteg led the Vikings with 18 assists.

Northwood-Kensett is back action on Saturday at the Hampton-Dumont tournament.
