I read in the Albert Lea Tribune that the Teamsters Union representing the Freeborn County deputies, jail sergeants, jailers, Albert Lea police officers, detectives and dispatchers voted to endorse Bob Kindler as their choice for Freeborn County sheriff. I have also seen “Bob Kindler for Sheriff” signs in the front yards of these same members’ homes.

From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, at the Moose Club this same group hosted a meet-Bob Kindler event that was open to the public. These law enforcement members are stepping out in a way most of us would consider a career-ending move. This can only mean that they consider the change of this sheriff very important to themselves and the citizens of Freeborn County.

Join me and them in voting for Bob Kindler as the next Freeborn County sheriff.
