Man transported to St. Marys Hospital for injuries Thurs.

MOSCOW — A 29-year-old Ohio man was transported on Thursday by Mayo One helicopter to St. Marys Hospital after the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a call that he was pinched between a skid loader and a semi.
The man’s name is unknown as of press time.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the man and some others were unloading a load at 87352 255th St. just before 2 p.m. with a skid loader, when he got pinched between the semi and skid loader.
He appeared to have leg injuries and was also complaining of other injuries.
No other information was available as of press time.
Burglaries reported
A snowblower, mower, two new garage doors and a custom-made apple picker were reported missing from 71536 200th St. at 11:24 a.m. Wednesday, according to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports. Reports indicated the items had been stored in a garage.
A break-in was reported at Legend’s Bar, 721 Marshall St., at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday, according to police reports.
Electronics were reported taken from 1011 Garfield Ave. at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday, according to police reports. Reports indicated the back door of the residence had been kicked in.
A burglary report was also called in at 1420 E. Hawthorne St. at 4:59 p.m. Wednesday, reports stated.
A house was reported broken into at 79464 113th St. in Glenville at 5:46 p.m. Thursday. A 5-gallon change jar was reported missing.
Cornfield fire reported
A cornfield fire was reported near the intersection of 790th Avenue and 265th Street at 4:06 p.m. Thursday, according to reports.
