The Alden-Conger volleyball team traveled to Sherburn on Tuesday to take on the Martin County West Mavericks.

The Mavericks (21-2, 9-0 Valley) won 25-7, 25-9 and 25-19 to earn the sweep over the Knights (4-18, 2-7)

Ariel Keller and Karina Skov both led the Knights with 15 digs.

Taylor Martin went 6-for-6 from the service line with one ace, while Brooke Reyerson went 5-for-5 with an ace.

Martin also led Alden-Conger with three kills on the night, while Ariel Keller and Emily Bremseth both had two kills.

Allison Songstad led the Knights with nine set assists .

Alden-Conger is back in action Tuesday as they host Martin Luther/Granada-Huntley.
