As a small business owner, Rich Murray understands that strengthening our local economy is important to our future stability and progress. As our state representative, Rich will work hard to make our local business more competitive with surrounding states, which will help promote job growth here in Freeborn County. His involvement as the chairman of the United Way, Naeve Health Care Foundation and numerous youth activities indicates his commitment to helping improve our quality of life.

With his background in finance, Rich understands the importance of making smart decisions on government spending. I worry that the current Legislature in St. Paul is not doing enough to understand and address our state’s spending problems. Rich knows that we need to fix government now, not pass our problems to our kids. I know Rich will work hard to make sure our tax dollars are spent more efficiently and to provide support to those you truly need it.
