The  No. 1-seeded Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers  football team recorded six rushing touchdowns as the Buccaneers defeated the No. 5-seeded  New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva Panthers 46-16 on Saturday in Waterville eliminating the Panthers from the Section 2AA playoffs.

W-E-M rushed out to an early 13-0 lead after the first quarter and went into halftime with a 33-0 lead.

The Panthers got on the board in the third quarter with two touchdown passes from quarterback Sam Lundberg.

NRHEG ends the season with six wins and four losses.
